Available graphs
================

The graphing aspect and the graphs available in :mod:`cgexplore.scram` for
performing blind structure prediction is now part of :mod:`agx`, which can
be found in the
`documentation <https://agx.readthedocs.io/en/latest/avail_graphs.html>`_.

.. important::

  All new graphs are run with a ``max_samples`` of 1e6 (compared to 1e5 of
  ``cgexplore`` version ``2025.2.5.1``).

  Any old graphs can be found in the old version of ``cgexplore``.
